Kawaa provides email verification services including real-time API verification, bulk email validation, and related features. The Service helps businesses verify email addresses to improve deliverability and reduce bounce rates.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Be at least 18 years old
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Verify email addresses without proper consent or legal basis
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. API Usage

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
Credit purchases are non-refundable
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period (subscriptions) or after 12 months (one-time purchases)
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Check our status page for real-time service status.

8. Data Processing

By using the Service, you authorize us to process email addresses you submit for verification purposes. You represent that you have proper consent or legal basis to process these email addresses.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, APIs, and documentation, is owned by Kawaa. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAWAA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% ACCURACY OF VERIFICATION RESULTS. Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond our control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kawaa from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
