Dedicated IP
An IP address used exclusively by one sender, giving full control over sender reputation.
Definition
A dedicated IP address is an IP used exclusively by one sender for email delivery. Unlike shared IPs (used by multiple senders), a dedicated IP means your reputation is entirely based on your own sending practices. Dedicated IPs are recommended for senders with consistent, high-volume sending (typically 100,000+ emails/month) who want full control over their deliverability.
Pro Tip
New dedicated IPs must be warmed up gradually. Start with your most engaged subscribers and slowly increase volume over 4-8 weeks.
