Yes. On a paid plan, your plan’s credits are added to your balance on each billing date, and credits you have not used stay in your balance. Credit packs you buy are added to the same balance. Free-plan credits are a one-time grant and do not reset.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, you can configure webhooks to receive notifications when batch jobs complete. We support HMAC signature verification for security.

There are no native CRM apps yet. Today you can connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Mailchimp to Kawaa through our REST API, or export a list as CSV and upload it in Bulk verify. Native HubSpot and Salesforce apps are in development, and Zapier and Make integrations are coming soon.

Our Zapier integration is coming soon. In the meantime, you can connect Kawaa to your Zapier workflows today using Webhooks by Zapier with our REST API.

Not yet. A Google Sheets add-on is on our roadmap. Today you can export your sheet to CSV and upload it in Bulk verify, or connect through the API and SDKs.

Yes. We use TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Internal verification lookups are keyed by a one-way hash rather than the raw address, and you can export or delete your account and verification data at any time.

We're built to support GDPR obligations: we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers who require it, and you can request data export or deletion at any time.

Never. We do not sell, share, or use your email data for any purpose other than providing our verification service.
