Straight answers about every address
Kawaa checks email addresses before you send to them. When a mail server will not confirm a mailbox, we tell you so instead of guessing, and the rest of the product follows from that.
Why Kawaa exists
Email is still how many businesses reach their customers, but every list collects addresses that no longer work: people change jobs, mistype a domain or abandon an inbox. Sending to them wastes money, damages sender reputation and hurts deliverability.
Kawaa exists to catch those addresses before you send. Each address goes through layered checks, from syntax and domain to mailbox and risk signals where they apply, and comes back with a clear result you can act on, whether you are checking your first hundred signups or cleaning a list of hundreds of thousands.
The hard part is honesty. Plenty of mail servers will not say whether a mailbox exists, and some accept every address they are sent. A verifier that papers over that hands you a clean-looking list that still bounces. These are the choices we made instead.

How we work
Five choices behind the product
We say unknown when we don’t know
An address is marked valid only when its mail server accepted it and a test showed the domain does not accept every address. When a server greylists, blocks the check or accepts all mail, the result says risky, catch-all or unknown, with a sub-status that names the reason.
How statuses workEvery plan gets every check
The free plan runs the same syntax, domain, mailbox and risk checks as Enterprise, and returns the same statuses, flags and 0–100 quality score. Plans differ in volume, batch size, team seats and a few account features, not in how carefully an address is checked.
Compare plansUnused credits roll over
Unused plan credits stay in your balance from one billing date to the next, and credit packs you buy do not expire. Nothing is charged automatically when you run out: requests stop until you buy a credit pack or change plan. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the billing period, and only that period’s unused plan credits are removed.
How credits workYour data stays in your hands
We don’t sell the addresses you verify. Results are kept for your plan’s retention period so you can review and download them. You can export your data from the dashboard at any time, and delete your account yourself once you have cancelled any paid plan.
