You get 100 credits at signup and another 100 each time a paid subscription ends and your account returns to Free. Free credits do not renew monthly. No credit card is needed to sign up.

Prices exclude taxes. Any sales tax, VAT or GST charged on a purchase is added to the price and shown at checkout and on the invoice. Plans and credit packs are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which takes the payment and sends your receipts and invoices.

Team seats share administration, not credits: each member signs in to their own account and uses their own plan and credit balance. On Enterprise, white-label covers the API and the emails sent in your account's name (team invitations and export notices today; other account email stays Kawaa-branded for now); sub-accounts that sign in to the dashboard see Kawaa's branding.

How to buy a pack

  1. Create a free account. It comes with 100 credits, and no card is needed.
  2. In the dashboard, open Settings → Billing → Buy credits.
  3. Choose a pack and pay at checkout. The credits are added to your balance once the payment goes through.

Is there a free plan?

You get 100 credits at signup and another 100 each time a paid subscription ends and your account returns to Free. Free credits do not renew monthly. No credit card is needed to sign up.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

Verification stops until you add credits: we never charge overage fees automatically, so you stay in control of your spending. Buy a credit pack at any time, with no subscription and on any plan, Free included (packs start at $5 for 1,000 credits, and the pricing page lists them all), or move to a larger plan. On Free, buying any pack also raises the most addresses one bulk job takes from 100 to 1,000, for good.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. On a paid plan, your plan’s credits are added to your balance on each billing date, and credits you have not used stay in your balance. Credit packs you buy are added to the same balance and do not expire. If your paid plan ends, only the unused plan credits from its last billing period are removed. You get 100 credits at signup and another 100 each time a paid subscription ends and your account returns to Free. Free credits do not renew monthly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
