Inbox placement refers to whether an email lands in the recipient's primary inbox versus other folders like spam, junk, promotions, or updates. High inbox placement rates indicate good deliverability. Factors affecting placement include sender reputation, authentication, engagement history, content, and the recipient's past behavior with your emails. Kawaa does not offer inbox placement testing yet. Today, run a deliverability check, and on the Professional plan and above use blacklist and DMARC, SPF and DKIM monitoring.
