Bounces count against you
Sending to addresses that no longer exist raises your bounce rate, and a high bounce rate can hurt your sender reputation.
What Kawaa does
Dead addresses are caught before the send
Addresses whose domain or mailbox cannot receive mail come back invalid, and rows that are not valid addresses at all are skipped and counted, so you can leave both out of the campaign.

Some servers will not give a straight answer
Catch-all domains accept every address, and other servers greylist or block verification, so a simple yes or no is not always possible.
