Automatically maintain clean email lists with scheduled verification.
Coming soon. Scheduled Auto-Clean runs are not enabled yet, so the behaviour described below is not something you can rely on today. You can still verify lists on demand from Bulk Verification, and through the API.
How Auto-Clean Works
- Upload your email list or connect via API
- Set a verification schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Kawaa automatically verifies new and existing emails
- Invalid emails are flagged or removed automatically
- Receive reports on list health
Configuration Options
- Frequency - How often to re-verify
- Action - Flag, quarantine, or delete invalid emails
- Notifications - Email alerts for list health changes
- Thresholds - Alert when invalid rate exceeds limit
Integration
Auto-clean works with:
- Direct file uploads (CSV, XLSX)
- API-connected lists
- Automations that call the Kawaa API — including Zapier and Make, via their generic HTTP steps. Kawaa is not published as an app in either directory yet.
